 How long does it take for orders to ship?

All orders ship within 1-4 days of the order being placed.

 How long does it take to process a return?

Once the delivery man drops off your return at our warehouse, your returns will be processed within 1-3 days. A gift card will be issued via email to the address used to place the original order.

 What do I do if I received a damaged item?

Please send pictures of the damages within 1-3 days of receiving merchandise to info@southerlandcompany.com and our web team will be happy to assist!

 Do you guys have store locations?

Not yet! as we start to expand and grow we hope to make our next steps towards a boutique location.
